OpenAI — AI chat conversations are processed through OpenAI's API to generate responses. Conversations are sent to OpenAI for processing and are subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
SendGrid — We use SendGrid to send transactional and service-related emails on your behalf. Email addresses and message content are shared with SendGrid for delivery.
Vultr — Our services are hosted on Vultr VPS infrastructure. All data stored on our servers resides on Vultr's infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Vultr in the United States. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
- Access controls and authentication for administrative systems.
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Chat conversation logs are retained for the duration of your service subscription. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law.
